Mark Madnick is an associate at Reeder Lu, LLP, handling complex commercial litigation in cases involving banking, real estate and general business matters. Mark regularly represents clients in a variety of capacities including developers, lenders, brokers, and high net worth individuals. Mark’s practices emphasizes disputes involving real estate transactions, collections, commercial leasing, and fraud. Mark also represents corporate officers and directors in defense of claims for breach of corporate governance duties, misappropriation of trade secrets, and related business torts.
Mark's experience includes all phases of litigation through trial. Mark is frequently called upon to counsel lenders and real estate developers involved in disputes concerning commercial real estate loans.
Mark served as second chair in a trial resulting in the successful defense of a lender’s claims of breach of several provisions of a construction loan agreement arising out of the renovation of a multi-million dollar historical building ultimately resulting in the lender funding the balance of the loan. In another matter, Mark successfully served as second chair in a trial representing a commercial landlord in a dispute involving a multi-million dollar lease.
