Duncan McCreary
Associate
Duncan McCreary is an associate at Reeder Lu, LLP, handling complex commercial litigation in cases involving banking, real estate and general business matters. Duncan has extensive experience in both the state and federal courts handling all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling to trial. Duncan also has significant appellate experience and victories, including a published opinion.
Most recently, Duncan second-chaired the successful defense of a large employer and its employees who were sued under California's Fair Employment and Housing Act for Harassment, Discrimination, and Retaliation as well as for violations of California's Whistleblower Statute.
Prior to joining Reeder Lu, LLP, Duncan worked for a litigation law firm based in Santa Monica practicing Labor and Employment and general business litigation.
