Anik Banerjee
Associate
Anik Banerjee has extensive experience in a wide variety of complex litigation including antitrust, business tort, intellectual property and general business litigation. This experience includes deposing witnesses, arguing motions in court, discovery, and drafting dispositive motions. Prior to joining Reeder Lu, LLP, Anik was an associate in the Los Angeles offices of two international law firms.
In 2004, Anik received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall, where he was a Boalt Hall Fellow. While in law school, Anik was a submissions editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and was a part-time judicial extern for the Honorable Phyllis J. Hamilton, U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. Anik also participated in Boalt HallĂs Central American Refugee Clinic.
